By downloading, installing, or using REPSPilot, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Description of Service
REPSPilot is a time-tracking and documentation application designed to help real estate investors maintain records for IRS Real Estate Professional Status (REPS) purposes under IRC §469(c)(7). The app helps users log hours, track trips, capture evidence, and generate documentation reports.

REPSPilot is a documentation tool only. Nothing in this app, its outputs, or its reports constitutes tax advice, legal advice, or a guarantee of IRS qualification. All IRS references are informational only.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your records are accurate and complete. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified CPA or tax attorney regarding your specific REPS qualification situation.
User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you enter into the app.
- You must not use the app to create fraudulent or backdated records.
- You must maintain your account credentials securely.
- You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
Subscriptions and Billing
REPSPilot offers paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually as selected. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and Stripe policies.
Data Accuracy
GPS-based trip detection and geofencing are automated features that may not capture all trips or visits with perfect accuracy. You are responsible for reviewing auto-detected entries before confirming them as part of your official records.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, REPSPilot and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including IRS audit outcomes, tax penalties, or financial losses.
Intellectual Property
REPSPilot and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by REPSPilot and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without written permission.
Termination
You may terminate your account from Settings → Data & Privacy → Delete Account. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration per the American Arbitration Association rules.
